Innovative Builders is the group’s operational and consulting arm in Saudi Arabia. OGAS Group coordinates local client requirements with the relevant technical team.
Can I enquire about one discipline?
Yes. Start with the required discipline and deliverables. An appointment may cover design, coordination, delivery or project management, with interfaces to other parties defined in the proposal.
Which delivery models can be discussed?
Structural works with materials, turnkey construction and finishing, or project management with delivery and labour coordination. The proposal defines the selected model, inclusions and responsibilities.
What is needed for a proposal?
Share location, intended use, available drawings or a scope description, quantities, required dates and your project contact. The team identifies further information or a site review needed.
How are qualification requirements reviewed?
First identify the contracting party, discipline and location. Relevant current documents for the proposed scope and appointed delivery or professional parties are then reviewed before agreement.
